This Connect provides a brief overview of the Kerala High Court’s judgment in the KPSC case, in which it ruled that internal disciplinary file notings and deliberative opinions of a public authority constitute exempt personal information under the Right to Information Act, 2005, even when sought by the concerned delinquent employee who is the subject of those disciplinary proceedings.
